Get lost, Mr.Weight!!!

Ouch, it's something come out to my mind now...
The Beau and I are not that lean and, skin...and both of us are really mind about our weight. So we place to take those supplements and meal replacement to get the weight-lost. It's actually worked out, after 3 months trial. We went to gym, work-out-hard, take up supplements, and reduce to take those oily, heavy-food (eg, cheese or something cheezy). So far, we have achieved to reduce FAST-FOOD intake, for nearly about 4 months!!
As of result, we get lost about 10kg so far, and yet, the Beau is still not satisfy his appearance and weight. Although, I don't mind about that, but he can't take it himself. and sometimes, he saying something just in his imagination, which I never said before...haiz, can't help it.
Hopes, we both can get the perfect tone body that we dream of, in one day :p. I believing to take it slowly, in a healthy way is much more important; rather than to take effective, but not-healthy way. No point if you sick because of your dietary.
